Fulfilment Policy​​​​​

  1. Refund Policy: When you have paid in advance of receiving your food and require a full or partial refund for your order, please contact [email protected] who will confirm with you the process of a 5-10 working day refund process.
  2. Delivery Policy: Deliveries will arrive up to 2 hours before the agreed time set for your required order. If you need it at a specific time please contact a member of the team who will arrange delivery routes in the best possible way to meet your requirements.
  3. Return policy: As food is fresh and is delivered, returns will only be taken on a contextual basis based off the requirements of the return in question.
  4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the order is set to be delivered with no charge.  Within the 24-12 hour time period prior to a delivery a 50% charge will be incurred. Cancellations made the day before once the business has closed (after 3pm) or cancellations made on the day of delivery a 100% charge will be incurred. When requesting an order be cancelled, written confirmation by email to [email protected] or [email protected]
